This racking system for the driver side & passenger side) plywood rack fits the L1 (short wheelbase) Ford Transit Custom Crew Cab 2023-onwards only. 
These do not fit any other Ford model.

Manufactured from 15mm plywood on our in-house CNC machine.

This comprises of 3 racks & 9 x 12mm Hexa Grip crates:
1 x 3 shelved double sloping unit on the driver side with 1 flat top shelf.
1 x 5 shelved sloping unit on the passenger side, ideal for Stanley Fatmax cases & similar sized items, 1 x 3 shelved unit next to the sloping unit.

9 x 12mm Hexa Grip crates which sit in the driver side rack only.
Hexa Grip crates approx. dimensions are:
3 on the top shelf: 310mm deep x 304mm wide x 220mm 
3 on the middle & bottom shelves: 340mm deep x 304mm wide x 220mm high

Driver side double sloping unit:       
1220mm high x 950mm long (920mm internally) x 400mm deep at the deepest point.
Floor to first shelf approx. 440mm at the front & 370mm at the rear
First shelf to second shelf approx. 230mm
Second to third shelf approx. 230mm                   
Third shelf to the top shelf approx. 230mm

Passenger side 5 sloping shelved unit:
Overall: 1220mm high x 580mm wide (550mm internally) x 400mm deep at deepest point, with 145mm clearance between the shelves.
3 shelved unit:
1220mm high x 250mm long (220mm internally) x 400mm deep at the deepest point.   

We offer free fitting at our Milton Keynes workshop Mon - Fri 08:30am - 3pm, this is pre-bookable and can be arranged by calling our office on 01908 270127 Mon - Fri 8am - 4pm.

This can be dispatched, flat packed with all assembly/installation fixings & instructions, assembly is required.
